Interested in Working With Me?
Wonderful!

If you are ready to begin: Let’s get an appointment on the books! You can schedule an appointment online using the link below, or by phone or email.  I prefer online scheduling ~ it is easiest and helps to avoid phone and email tag.

If you need more information: Please poke around the website and see if you can find answers here. Feel free to email me with any questions after that. I am also available to meet for a free 30-minute phone or zoom consultation to assess the therapeutic fit.

Treatment planning: For most people, doing a series of sessions (through the Holistic Body-Mind Reset Program) will be most effective in helping you reach your goals. In our phone consultation or first session we can assess the best way forwards for you in terms of number, frequency, and duration of sessions.

Other Practicalities

Fees:
Fees can be found on the online booking page of the website. Generally, it is most expensive to do “Individual sessions,” and more affordable to do a series of sessions, called a “Holistic Body-Mind Reset.” I have found that clients who commit to a series of work achieve better results.

Tipping: I do not expect clients to tip me for my services and I feel fully compensated by my fees.

Insurance: Massage and Bodywork Therapy is typically not covered by insurance. If you have a plan with an HSA or an FSA, you can get a note from your MD and use pre-tax dollars to pay for your sessions. This can result in a significant savings of 20-30%.

COVID-19: My policies have changed as the severity of the pandemic and availability of vaccines has evolved over time. Masking is currently optional for all clients. I will wear a mask upon client request or if I have had a big exposure (airplane flight, etc).

Cancellation Policy: Please be considerate when cancelling and rescheduling appointments. Giving as much notice as possible helps me to fill the appointment, avoiding lost income and giving someone else the chance to benefit from my work. It is very difficult for me to fill appointments with less than 24 hours notice. For this reason, cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be charged the full fee regardless of the reason for the cancellation (including sickness, car trouble, child care, etc).
